This 925 sterling silver rose quartz heart pendant pairs a carved puffy heart stone with a sculpted silver scrollwork crown. The quartz is a soft blush pink, translucent enough that light passes right through the thinner edges and gives the stone an inner glow rather than a flat surface color, and the domed carving means it catches highlights from every angle instead of just one face. The silver crown arches across the top of the heart in mirrored volutes tipped with small beads, and a tiny open heart drops from the center of the scroll onto the stone, so there is a heart inside a heart. It finishes in a ribbed teardrop bail, substantial enough to take a heavier chain.
